Of course, we have absolute confidence in its performance and function as a clothing material, so you can wear it with confidence. The delivery charge is 600 yen (tax included). However, please note that there is 1,000 yen (tax included) charge for shipping to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other remote island areas.
We only accept returns of defective items that are our responsibility. In this case, please return the item within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot accept returns due to color, silhouette or size discrepancies.
Tavitalium products may seem more expensive than similar products from other companies if you think of them as a T-shirt, for example. However, they are not expensive when you consider the fact that you can enjoy using them for a long time due to the durability of the material itself. Moreover, since the collection and disassembly costs are included in our products, you can contribute to a sustainable society simply by purchasing and wearing them.
It will not biodegrade even after years of wear and storage. Tavitalium products have the same durability and performance as normal polyester materials.
It cannot be done. Biodegradable polyester can only be allowed to decompose under special conditions and in a well maintained composting area that is sensitive to the surrounding environment.
Customers who place orders via foreign exchange should be aware that there may be a difference in the amount due to fluctuations in the exchange rate at the time of order.
No Japanese sales tax will be charged on shipments to destinations outside of Japan.
Depending on the country or region, the recipient will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or other import taxes that may be incurred on the purchased products.
